1. WorkSpot offers professional address (tax residence). What does this mean?
By the law, a solopreneur or a startupper needs a professional address (tax residence), in order to have the official establishment of their business. That means that a startupper needs a place to rent.
With a professional address, except for having a workspace at a low price that contains all the workspace expenses, you also have the rental agreement which is validated via Taxisnet.
2. Who needs a professional address (tax residence)?
Renting a professional address (tax residence) is a service that many can make use of, such as freelancers, digital nomads, e-shop owners who need storage space for their products, and startups that are just making their first steps into the corporate world.
3. What are the extra benefits I get, along with the package of my choice?
Except for the basic services that have to do with space use, the equipment, internet, bills, space cleaning and sanitation, unlimited coffee, etc., there are two main benefits you have, no matter which package you choose. These are free mail handling by us, and special prices for a parking spot, plus other services at a low cost from our partner network.
4. Are there any limitations in meeting room booking?
For meeting room bookings all you have to do is to book early, a day prior to the day you wish to use it at the latest. The minimum rental time is 2 hours, and there are special offers for half-day and full-day bookings. The meeting room is available for booking from 09.00-18.00 Monday to Friday. We are able to extend the booking hours further during the, otherwise, non-service hours and Saturday upon demand.
5. Does everyone have their own personal space at WorkSpot?
There are two basic choices you can make when it’s time to decide which package suits you. One of your choices is the hot desk rental. With a hot desk, you will have your own dedicated desk and you will work with other 2-4 professionals in the same room. The second available choice is a private serviced office, where you and your own partners only can work together.
6. Are there any limitations that are useful to know beforehand?
Something that you should know is that you can have access to the coworking space from Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 18.00. Also, kindly keep in mind that for your convenience that you have to book the meeting room at least a day earlier than the date of interest in order to ensure the availability and the preparation of the space. It’s also important to know that all the mandatory precautions for prevention against Covid-19 shall be taken.
7. Are pets allowed?
We love pets! Of course, in order to maintain everyone’s comfort, we allow access to pets into the coworking space, but under the following condition: Pets should not be in the open coworking areas, but in your private office, so you can work with your favorite pet by your side. It is of great importance that your pet should not be a distraction to others’ work.
8. How does the coworking space handle the Covid-19 issue?
We take care of the constant sanitation of all coworking spaces, on a daily basis. Additionally, we have taken our measures beforehand and all the offices have the mandatory distances from each other, or they are equipped with the essential plexiglass barriers. All the WorkSpot offices have windows that allow natural airflow.
In order to work at the WorkSpot Coworking Space, you must have a vaccination certificate against Covid-19 or a negative rapid test result of the past 48 hours. In every case, we make sure that all the mandatory precautions for prevention against Covid-19 are being met.
9. My business is growing faster and I need more hot desks. What should I do?
First of all, congratulations! Secondly, your rental agreement is flexible and you can upgrade it at any time.
10. I don’t need as many hot desks anymore. What should I do?
No problem! You can downgrade your rental agreement for fewer hot desks anytime. We don’t offer a refund in this case, but we convert the remaining sum of money into a rental time extension of the package of your choice.
